Mid-Memorial weekend

Saturday:
Took the bike and rode up to Fairfield to visit the Jelly Belly factory. We've never been there before so it was a real treat! Thank God we took his bike because there was major traffic on 680 towards the Benicia bridge. It was a 5 mile traffic jam! Note to everyone: it is actually legal for motorcyclists to go in between the lanes where the white dashes are. Some drivers were really nice and actually moved more to the right to give us room. The Jelly Belly factory was cool. We got a free little baggie of samples after the 45 minute tour. We also bought 5 bags of Belly Flops, which are the jelly bean rejects. Still good enough for us!
Had a BBQ dinner with Jen, Steve, and Bella. It was nice having dinner with them. It's been a looong time since we did that and I really missed Bella, smelly and all! Had a great burger, great salad, garlic fries, and Steve's Irish Car Bomb. I was feeling a bit tipsy there!
