And then there were 18.....

I started out this year with 22 students. By law I'm suppose to have 20 students. So, by the end of September 2 of my students got transferred out. I had 20 students by October. Then, at the beginning of November one of my students moved and another transferred in so I was still at 20. By the beginning of December I found out that another student had moved and I was down to 19. Today I just found out that another one of my students left. So now I'm down to 18. In less than 5 months I've lost 3 students. Do I stink or something?
