Eyes WAY bigger than the stomach

I had to fast all day before getting some bloodwork done. I stopped eating at 9p.m. last night and it wasn't even much of a meal. I didn't have my next meal today until 4 p.m. I don't know how people can starve themselves. I was so irritable. I felt bad for the kids. Unfortunately I took my hunger madness out on them. Once I got ahold of food I basically "stuffed" my face. I tried to go on the bike once I got home but all that food weighing down in my stomach made me die out in 20 min. I'm not even going to go into detail on what I ate. I'm a bit ashamed........
